自然资源部大都市区国土空间生态修复工程技术创新中心（以下简称“创新中心”）由上海市规划和自然资源局主管，依托上海市建设用地和土地整理事务中心、上海市地矿工程勘察院、华东师范大学、同济大学共同建设，是自然资源部组建后批复的首批省部级科研平台之一。聚焦上海大都市区生态需求及面临的突出国土空间生态修复工程技术问题，以关键核心技术工程化、市场化研发及技术成果转移转化为工作重点，创新中心致力贯通大都市区国土空间生态修复的产学研用链条，为大都市区国土空间生态修复工作开展提供技术支撑，为生态修复产业化创新发展提供平台支持。

Technology Innovation Center for Land Spatial Eco-restoration in Metropolitan Area,MNR, (will be called asthe Innovation Centerin following paragraphs)is in the charge of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, and is constructed by Shanghai Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Center, Shanghai Institute of Geological and Engineering Exploration, East China Normal University and Tongji University.The Innovation Center is one of the first batches of research cluster approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources after its establishment. The Innovation Center focuses on the ecological needs and the main technical problems of land spatial eco-restoration engineering in the Shanghai metropolitan area. Taking engineering, researching, and designing as the core technology, the Innovation Center combines universities, research institutions and companies to provide

supports for developing urban eco-restoration in innovative methods.
