本实验室由同济大学牵头申报,主要依托同济大学建筑与城市规划学院城乡规划学科、上海同济城市规划设计研究院有限公司。上海市城市规划设计研究院、江苏省城市规划设计研究院、浙江省国土空间规划研究院为共建单位。
本实验室面向我国新型城镇化战略需求,紧密结合当前信息化技术前沿和国家数字化转型背景,全面探索人工智能技术在国土空间规划领域的运用,旨在通过国土空间智能规划理论方法和技术创新,建设智能规划技术应用平台,成为国土空间规划技术领域的知识创新中心、科技创新中心、产学研服务平台、人才培养基地。以建设“赋能国土空间永续发展的智能规划科技创 新中心”和“面向国家空间治理现代化的智能规划知识服务中心” 为总体定位,以智能规划科技攻关服务国土空间规划的全生命周期,通过产学研用协同发展,形成全链条创新和全方位服务的能力。主要建设四个研究方向:国土空间智能规划理论;国土智能规划方法;国土空间智能规划技术;国土空间智能规划平台。
This laboratory was initiated by Department of Urban Planning, College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University. Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning & Design Institute, Shanghai Institute of Urban Planning and Design, Jiangsu Institute of Urban Planning and Design and Zhejiang Institute of Territorial Spatial Planning are co-founders of this lab.
To meet the challenges of national strategic needs in new urbanization and keep pace with Information technology frontier and digital transformation, the laboratory fully explores the applications of AI in territorial spatial planning. The objective is to construct intelligent planning application platform through theoretical method and technological innovation for intelligent territorial spatial planning, and to achieve the goal of becoming a synthesis of knowledge innovation center, science& technology innovation center, industry-university-research service platform and training base for talents in the field of technology of territorial spatial planning. The orientation of the laboratory is the science& technology innovation center for intelligent planning empowering sustainable development of territory and the knowledge service center for governance-oriented modern intelligent planning of territory. And the technology of intelligent planning can be used to serve territorial spatial planning for the whole life circle. By the collaborative development of industry, university, research and application, the laboratory is expected to show the capability to innovate for full chain and serve for all aspects. There are four main research directions, including intelligent territorial spatial planning theory, intelligent territorial spatial planning methodology, intelligent territorial spatial planning technology and intelligent territorial spatial planning platform.
