高密度人居环境生态与节能教育部重点实验室建设是按照“国家目标主导、整合多方资源,突破重点技术、加强集成应用,遵循科学发展、构建和谐社会”的指导思想,贯彻落实《纲要》,面向我国建筑学科发展和城市建设涉及的经济社会发展中的重大科技问题,并在相关优势学科和实验室建设的基础上进行建设的。

实验室力争成为国家生态人居环境科技的基础平台,肩负国家人居环境建设科技自主创新的重要任务,建好重点实验室,对于加快构筑国家人居建设科技创新平台,提高自主创新能力,促进城乡建设事业的全面、协调、可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。

高密度人居环境生态与节能教育部重点实验室是以同济大学建筑与城市规划学院为基础,通过整合以下目前已有的科研基地而形成,其中包括:城市规划现代技术国家专业实验室、联合国亚太地区世界遗产培训与研究中心、建筑声学实验室、视觉与照明艺术实验室、造型艺术实验室、先进城市能源与环境控制实验室及其他若干研究所和研究中心。

实验室涵盖建筑学、城乡规划学和风景园林学三个一级学科博士点以及相应的博士后流动站。 

高密度人居环境生态与节能教育部重点实验室建设的整体思路是:以城乡和谐发展与资源高效利用为导向,以高密度人居环境生态与节能为研究对象,研究方向紧紧围绕城镇密集区发展预测和动态监控技术、城市建筑群生态化模拟集成技术、既有建筑/历史建筑诊断与生态改建技术,开展高密度人居环境生态与节能的多学科、多层次的学科集群研究,提高基础研究和理论研究能力,为我国城镇化健康发展及建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供技术和决策支撑。


The establishment of the Key Laboratory for High-density Habitat Ecology and Energy Conservation of Ministry of Education is based on the guideline of oriented by national goals, integrating multiple resources, breaking through key technologies, strengthening integrated application, following scientific development and building a harmonious society. Following a national plan, it faces major scientific and technological problems in economic and social development related to the discipline of architecture and urbanization in China. As well it is grounded on the construction of related advantageous disciplines and laboratories. 

The lab strives to be the foundational platform for the study of ecological habitat in China. Shouldering the task of independent innovation of building science and technology for ecological habitat, the lab has strategic significance for facilitating the innovation platform for the building science and technology for ecological habitat, improving independent innovation ability and promoting the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural construction.

The lab is affiliated with the College of Architecture and Urban Planning (CAUP) and formed by integrating the following research bases: National Advanced Laboratory of Modern Technology in Urban Planning, Asia-Pacific World Heritage Training and Research Center (UN), Architectural Acoustics Laboratory, Visual and Lighting Art Laboratory, Plastic Arts Laboratory, Advanced Urban Energy and Environmental Control Laboratory and several other research institutes and research centers. 

The laboratory serves three first-class doctoral programs, namely architecture, urban and rural planning, and landscape architecture. It also caters to postdoctoral mobile stations affiliated with the three programs.  

The overall motto of the lab includes:

1)Following the guidance of the harmonious development of urban and rural areas and efficient utilization of resources, taking the ecology and energy conservation of high-density habitat as the research object.

2)Focusing on the development prediction and dynamic monitoring technology of urban dense areas, the ecological simulation integration technology of urban buildings, the diagnosis and ecological reconstruction technology of existing buildings/historical buildings, carrying out multi-disciplinary and multi-level clustering researches on high-density habitat ecology and energy conservation.

3)Improving fundamental and theoretical research capabilities, and providing technical and decisional support for the healthy development of urbanization and the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society in China.
